Congratulations to the Food Department at SWS, who were shortlisted at the Business Education Awards for School Catering. Miss Randle, Curriculum Leader for Food and Food Technician, Miss Coombs, attended the Awards event in London in March, which was hosted by TV presenter Kate Bellingham.Their nomination was recognised as delivering "outstanding commitment to high-quality food education, enriching student opportunities, community work, and sustainability — all fostering a positive food culture."
Mrs Randle and Mrs Coombs had a wonderful experience at the event and despite not winning, they are very proud to have been shortlisted down to a few schools from across the entire country. Congratulations on this incredible achievement!
