The Local Governing Board at SWS consists of a body of dedicated individuals who work together to lead and manage our school. Sir William Stanier School is part of The Learning Partnership Trust.
- Our Governors have an active role in the life of the School

- They ensure the quality of educational provision and have responsibility to be 'critical friends' - challenging and monitoring the performance of the School
- Our LGB acts as a committee of the TLP Board with responsibility for Teaching & Learning, School Performance and Student Welfare at SWS
